Rent Collection (per month)
We collect the monthly rent from the tenant on your behalf. Once the tenant sends the payment to us it is automatically sent to you. If there is a delay from the tenant we will follow it up on your behalf and keep you informed.
It is a legal requirement that the deposit is protected by a government-backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme on all assured shorthold tenancies that started after 06/04/2007. We are registered with the DPS so we can be your agent in ensuring this is adhered to.
